Excellent. Easy to order and book online, with good instructions given to prepare for the test at the clinic. Attended Cardiff clinc for Blood Test by the lovely and very skilled phlebotomist Rebecca, who made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I hardly felt a thing! The results were processed very quickly and I was kept informed of their progess, and the final report was detailed, but very clear and useful. I'm very impressed with this service.
