Marsh Gradient Hoodie in Indigo

The hoodie itself is great. Great feel, fits good, etc. really enjoy the product. I rated it two stars for the customer service. Absolutely abysmal. The Canada Post strike happened after I ordered, and instead of doing anything at all to make it work, they hoisted all of the responsibility onto the customer. They told me I would have to find a UPS depot, I would have to make sure I could pick up there, I would then have to call and inform them and MAYBE they could make it work. When I asked them to confirm it would work, they got snotty. It was incredibly unprofessional. The entire thing front to back soured me on the company. What a shame - this is a great example of a phenomenal product being brought down by absolutely clueless front end staff. Won't be ordering from them again, ever. I'll go to a retailer and support them if I want another Waka hoodie, or I'll flat out go somewhere else.
