CAUTION: Bacon jam is addictive…

Bought a jar to try. First used it on salmon after cooking most of the way spread some on top, placed under broiler for a couple of minutes and oh my! So delicious! Now I put it on everything I can think of. Burgers, jam! Grilled cheese? Jam! Pretzel dip! I have since purchased several more as gifts. It has a wonderful shelf life and I have FOMO. 😋
