Thank you for replacing the other one that failed after just over a year

I love the super long battery life this has —I’ve been so sick of toys that have premium prices yet don’t even last an hour on full charge. I have hand tremors and despite its size this is light enough for me to hold for long periods of time and its buttons are very easy to press. I don’t like patterns so I appreciate the focus on range of vibration strength/speed. It’s easy to clean as well despite the ridges on the head. I also love how quiet it is. I can use it when other people are home and under a duvet or two even the higher settings are pretty muffled. My only complaint is a wand this big and pricey not coming with a bag.
