I was on the search for this particular yarn since I wanted it for a project that recommended it. Only problem is that it is not available in our small town. After searching the internet, I discovered Knotty Lamb carried it so called them to get my questions answered. They were very patient with me and answered all my questions, I ordered online and yet that same day the shipment was in the mail. Was so excited when a couple days later it was in my hands. Super customer service.
