Good product and this is the only Company that replied to a text or email. I purchased a bolt kit off Napa andthey had 36 mm eccentric washers, when I reached out to badaxe parts they were prompt to respond and tell me there’s were 45mm good job

I ordered my product and i knew shipping would take a little longer than I desired but it was a complete kit and I felt the price was good. I got my shipment and it was wrong. I contacted Chris on a Sunday which I did not expect a response from until Monday. What had happened. He contacted me the same day and said it would get handled on Monday. The following Monday they overnighted me, my package. As a business owner myself there are times where things do get messed up, but to me is the customer service after the fact that represents who those companies truly are. I felt like they immediately took care of me, and I will purchase from them again when the need arises.
