I have to say, good customer service is hard to find, but I am very impressed with Tropicflow. They ensured the fish weren't shipped during cold weather, and when I faced an issue, they helped me troubleshoot my tank and what I could be doing better. I highly recommend them. Honest companies that prioritize education and customer support earn my words of praise. In a world filled with scams and deception, it's hard to find a respectable company.
