Segway Navimow X315 Robotic Lawn Mower｜0.5 acre

I love the new Navimow X315. We had to fire our landscape crew because they were careless and kept making and leaving messes. We opted to try a robot for the mowing. There was a small learnign curve setting up the boundary. After that, I was easily able to set my lawn up in 5 zones, and the robot does a wonderful job. The X series is serious over kill for my small lawn, but I have St Augustine grass, and it needs to be mowed around 4 inches. Very few robot mowers can mow that high. What also makes the X315 shine is how smart it is. It does a great job at obstacle avoidance, and transferring form zone to zone. Once its set up, its very reliable and hands off! that is exactly what I was hoping for. It will pay for its self in about a year and a half, compared to what I was paying the lawn crew. It'll do it with out burning any gasoline, or making any noise, or mess! Plus my lawn will be maintained at the prescribed height. It wont be allowed to grow tall, and then get cut very short. Overtime, it should make for a healthier happier lawn!

Mower has already quit working.I keep getting a system crash error.I attempted to contact customer service and they were absolutely worthless in getting my mower back up and running and I feel like I was blown off. As of now I have a $2000+ yard decoration that doesn’t work. Absolutely useless device. I won’t be spending money on anything Segway related again.

Very cool overall; couple of minor hassles

Map management can be challenging. I use an Android phone and I frequently have a very hard time getting the app to 'activate' my smaller zones for adjustment (I have 4 zones). Also, it doesn't redock itself to charger in Schedule mode. But it works fine when I do Manual mowing. Other than that, this mower is awesome. It took me a few tries to get the zones set up correctly (still having trouble with mower leaving one of the zones then returning to charging to station - but not a huge deal). Super fun to watch it mow the lawn. And it's so quiet!
