Returned it; my soffits are 18" deep. Had trouble finding out the length of the center column from chat (computerized and human both were clueless; manuals do not specify - it is a 14" column). Nothing truly wrong with it, but the length would not give me clearance from my roof. Return process was fine.

Rediculous return policy!
The mower is fine but after spending $3000 with Segway they tried making me pay a restocking fee and pay for shipping to return an unnecessary antenna extension. I’ll keep the lower but it’s the last Segway product I’ll buy. Poor customer support!
