Sorry I couldn’t place a photo, I bought 2 because those are words almost verbatim that I have said to both my girls since they were newborn they have not taken them off since I gave them the gift

It was a nice surprise for my daughter to receive the necklace and more importantly the message

I never got my order!!I suppose to get it June 18. It said delivered but when I went to my mailbox nothing was there. I contacted someone next day around 10am and it said you guys are close. Left a voicemail. Two hours later someone contacted me from your side and I explained what happened. She supposed to send me a email but I never got it. I need this before Thursday 25th. It my daughter birthday and I was really hopeful to give it to her that day. It’s my first time ordering from you guys and it’s very disappointing. I call back again when straight to voicemail left a message and until today none has contact me. Very frustrating!
