I love doing pillar candles, and just putting a little bit of this acid helps. First time trying it. The last batch I forgot to put the stearic acid and my pillar candles broke.

If you are looking for a good item for shampoo bars, for hardening soap paste. This one does the trick. It’s one of those ingredients you’ll not want to be without. This blend is clean, uniform in size and shape. Easy to measure and to use.

Highly recommended

Excellent bar hardener when used with cetyl alcohol. I've switched to that combination nearly entirely for lotion bars and it makes a lovely, glidey bar that melts easily with skin contact.
