My New Favorite Hot Sauce!

I’ve loved Melinda’s for a while now, always been a fan of the Habanero, but I’ll be darned if this Scotch Bonnet isn’t the best mass-produced hot sauce I’ve found. It’s got incredible flavor and a perfect heat level; not too spicy, not too mild. And it goes great on everything, from all Mexican food (obviously) to sandwiches to eggs. So versatile, so good. To me, it’s number one.
