I had issues connecting with their support team through phone, email, and dm. I had issues tracking my order and my questions were not answered until my package was delivered. I was dissatisfied with the shipping experience and would not likely recommend it to anyone later on. Your website states it takes 24-48 hours to hear back from customer service via email, I heard back 5 days later. Its a very cute case, but for the money spent I was hoping for a smoother tracking and delivery experience as it was my first time buying from this company.
