As with the other products I have gotten from Outfitter’s Supply, this sheath is extremely well made. The new design with the strap encompassing the axe handle is excellent and secure. Note: the measurements provided are for the axe head not the size of the sheath. Once I realized this, the fit is perfect. (Axe in this case was a Council Tool Boy’s Axe.) The Medium axe sheath weighed just over 9 oz. No, I was not paid for this review or get the sheath free / discounted. I’m just a guy in nowhere Idaho.
