Packed for shipping perfectly. Super well made sail and dimensions were spot on. Stainless 316 hardware is high quality stuff too. Install was straightforward and done solo from start to finish in ~45min. Great customer service during the ordering process from everyone in the sales team. If you want the best, don't waste time searching for anything else.

Great shades! One comment I do have is it would have been nice if the side seams were on top. Since you sit under the shade you can see the seams and it looks like it’s installed wrong side out.

Nearly perfect

The installation instructions state that the work can be completed in 30 minutes. This timeframe is perhaps possible after several installations but for a first time attempt, 2 hours is more reasonable. We did not receive a sufficient length of wire rope (we ended up purchasing additional wire rope and connectors to get the right length). Not clear whether our measurements were incorrect or a shorter length than finally ordered (we made changes to the order) was sent. Suggest that purchasers measure the wire rope BEFORE starting installation to ensure that the correct length was sent. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and do not hesitate to recommend this product.
