Talbott Tie Side - Berry Sweet with Belhaven Blue

The style is very sweet with this new blue hue tie. The blue ties are really vibrant and complements the strawberries and hints of blue on the fabric. My daughter wears a 2 and is very slim. The top was perfect, and no issues slipping her head into the whole. The bottom is lined, but I would say runs a bit shorter in the stride. If between sizes, I would size up for the bottoms and adjust the straps for the top
