No Response to Email and Package does not match instructions

I received my first package March 21 which was the fireplace and my second package on March 27 which was the actual tv stand. Being really excited about this purchase I tried to put it together immediately. Unfortunately it was instantly put to a stop when the directions and the items I had did not match. I emailed them about this issue and they responded with it was an error on there installation instructions. I had felt uncomfortable already with this because the instructions says to install 4 cam bolts but they said it would be ok to only install 2 which for me seems like my tv stand will be less secure. As I tried to proceed as they recommended I get to step 2 and once again my package does not match the instructions which has given me complete discomfort in putting it together at all. So once again I reached out to address the issue on March 30th and have yet to receive any response or resolution to my problem. This has been the most difficult experience I have had ordering an item that needed to be assembled and I am still awaiting a response. Today is April 4,2024 and I have sent 4 emails receiving no response. P.S. I am a construction worker so assembly was not the struggle for me. Safety and lack of customer service is the issue. Still waiting for an update.

Like the cabinet but not the way it was shipped. All the long pieces were cracked because it had been tipped or flexed during shipping. Put together anyway and luckily all of those areas are hidden.

I put it together by myself took me about and hour looks exactly like the pictures. I got the entertainment center first and literally the next day the fireplace came so it worked out perfectly !
