I ordered a gift … 2 bracelets, 2 different initials. Checked the box that it’s a gift. The 2 bracelets are for 2 different people, hence the different initials. They put both in 1 pouch. After spending $400 this is ridiculous. 1 box and 1 jewelry bag for 2 bracelets? Cannot speak to items quality but the chain is very dainty and fragile
