Bluesound VAULT 2i

Excellent product though flawed firmware

I had the original Vault. At a certain point the shuffle feature stopped working. I replaced it with current Vault and low a behold it also had a malfunctioning shuffle setting. Blusound has excellent customer support though the answer was on Reddit, on the internet. All that said it’s a great device and I highly recommend it and the Audio Factory, too.

Blue sound Vault 2i review

Pros: incredible sound, like the simple design. The basic connection was relatively easy. Cons: ripping is NOT flawless. I’ve had several CD not completely download, several of them didn’t load every song. Haven’t been able to connect to computer successfully to copy or transfer ITunes library. Blue sound has the basic set up directions. Beyond that is it very poorly organized and are by topic & an article. I’ve been tempted to give up and return the Vault 2i.

Easy to set up and great way to store CDs at high quality. Mobile app could be more intuitive but still easy to use.
