I purchased the Easter Egg night light. It came and the egg on top was crooked. I sent and e-mail about it with a picture. It took over a week for the problem to be dealt with, four or five e-mails later they are sending me a new one. All of these problems for a night light, their customer service better get an overhaul, they are not doing their job. Never will I order again.
