Fantastic pillow, fantastic customer service

I had preordered this pillow and when it arrived I was initially dismayed to find a small smudge on the white background embroidery. I contacted Furbish and they promptly send me a replacement pillow in perfect condition and gave me the return label to send back the slightly discolored one. I've ordered 4 other pillows from Furbish in the past couple of years, every single one was beautiful and have been very much appreciated by the gift recipients. A great company and a great product.
