We had an issue with the material on one of the first bags Alimasy ever produced. Much to my surprise, the team replaced the bag, all these years later saying they had changed that particular bag because of the fabric. I didn’t expect that and was super happy to receive a new bag. We have bought many of these bags and the kids’ interests changing is the only reason we have ever had to buy a new bag. Excellent quality and service beyond anything I expected.
