I am on a cut and have had food on my mind constantly. I bought some Sturdy Sauce because I’d heard good things about the flavor and the protein benefits, and honestly, I was blown away by how good it tastes. One thing I was not expecting was how full I got and how long I felt full. I put it on my regular dishes and realized I was not nearly as hungry or preoccupied with thoughts of my next meal. I am super happy with the sauce. I recommend it to everyone and will be eating it all the time! Happy customer!
