Imperial (Mica Flakes)

These are a little confusing because they dont rub down into a layer of shimmer even with a little oil added like a lot of flakes I've tried, they stay as the little flakes and have an almost glitter texture feel to them Edit: my bad! I was using them improperly! They wont work for my application but im finding other ways to use them and theyre gorgeous because they give an almost glass like sparkle because theyre mostly transparent
