The product is too notch, without any question at all. However, I ordered a couple of hats for my brothers first fathers day on 6/4. I didn’t receive my order until 6/22. I reached out about a week and a half after order was placed and was told by customer service, that order was delayed due to incorrect information was given. I was told that i needed to confirm my address so I assumed that incorrect information was address provided. I sent a screenshot of my order details and address was correct. All in all I received my product and im happy with my purchase but a little research shows this is a problem on dad gangs side where order are held and no notification is given to the customer unless you reach out. Ill order again from this company but wanted to make everyone aware and hope dad gang corrects for the future.
