This item is awful. There is zero customer service. I tried cancelling this within one hour of purchasing and the phone #?was not in service. There is no reply to emails. The item is not as advertised! The “leather” is plastic and the smell is horrid! I can’t bear to have it in the house. I am disputing the purchase with PayPal. Steer clear!

This bag is small even for a handbag-it wouldn't even hold a toiletries bag, let alone clothes for the weekend. Much smaller than pictured in the ad. Very disappointed, and would never purchase from this company again.

This company is a scam. It does not exist in the US as stated nor does the phone number work. Even after multiple emails there wasn’t a single reply. I received a poorly crafted plastic bag even though I ordered the solid black leather bag.
