Great Brackets
All the parts included,watched the video and was a easy assembly.

Not stable; not worth the price
They are quite unstable and are expensive. Quite disappointing.

Don't fit
The brackets are not universally made to fit any headboard. There's "no refund/exchange" so I am stuck with something I can't used. Should've listen to my instinct and got the one on Amazon, which fit perfectly and if it didn't they accepts refunds/exchange.
