Mens patent leather dress shoe

Tired to return the shoes. They were nice but not quite what I was expecting in person. Returned the shoes well within the 14-day policy requirement. Then sent numerous emails, tried using their chat to get some help, called and left a message but didn’t receive any call-back. Never received my refund and now I don’t even have the shoes either. This company is run by thieves and I’m never shopping here again.
