Two problems of concern; communication and shipment packaging. Original delivery arrived damaged. Second shipment arrived undamaged but sat on my porch for four days while I was out of town. I called and asked for the second shipment to hold until my return and was advised that would not be a problem. Apparently that conversation didn’t make it to the shipping department. In addition, the ends of the jar bubble wrap is not being taped. The jars can slide out if not secured properly. This experience was below the standards normally received.

Ship the customer what they ordered and not something else. When you promise to correct the issue and then don’t is the quickest way to lose customers.
