The quality of the product is perfect.
I would advise you to update the information provided in your site regarding the customs fees when you are shipping outside UK. You do include that information in your FAQ but I was caught off guard when I realised I had to pay for customs, so mentioning it during the purchasing process would simplify things. Other than that I am happy with the product and I am happy with my purchase.
