Black Rubber™ Mega Strong Lash Adhesive

This is the second order I’ve received where the product has had a very poor consistency. I have been a loyal customer for many years and have always been happy with your products, so I’m not sure if the formula for the Black Rubber Bond has recently changed. Both of my recent orders have been noticeably different from what I’ve received in the past. The product appears grey rather than black, the consistency is very watery, and the tip of the applicator becomes clumpy and pasty, making the product look and feel unusable. I’m very disappointed because I’ve used and trusted this product for years. I really hope the formula can be corrected or that this is simply an issue with a recent batch.

It's not the strongest bond. My previous bond held eyelashes much better and longer. The consistency is very uncool. They get lumps and you can't put them nicely on your eyelashes.
