Ecotrek Trail Shorts

Little Miami River Scenic Trail Attire

First shorts purchased at a local store (they only had one pair my size). Fell in love with the Ecotrek Trail Shorts and directly purchased three more of the shorts through the LIVSN site. They are now my daily wear and prized items. As sometimes happens, within a few weeks of my purchase these shorts went on sale and could have saved a few dollars. Oh well, love them the same!

Great shorts!

I got these the same time as I got the pants (same awesome color). Like the pants, they are an athletic fit so they are pretty form fitting. I'm have slim runner frame so they fit well but if you have larger thighs or belly then you will probably need to size up to be comfortable. Besides the normal side and back pockets, the pants have a zippered side pocket on one side and a small utility pocket on the other (for a knife, pen, light etc). The shorts have two equal sized zippered side pockets that will both hold an Iphone and is a layout I prefer. The fabric is a little heavier/thicker than some competitors technical offerings so they are a bit less breathable but feel higher quality and I expect will be much more durable. They are thoughtfully designed with reinforcements and extra stitching in all the right places. I'm old so shorts I typically wear are usually about an 1-1.5 inches longer but these are still a good length and probably cover a wide variety of customers. 5 stars and my current favorites.
