T5 HO Plug & Play 2FT LED Grow Lamp (24W Eqv.) – Sun White Spectrum

Converted my T5 fluorescents to Active Grow plug & play T5 LED's (2ft, sun white). Growing carnivorous plants and everybody seems happy! The plug & play option was nice because I wanted to keep my fixtures out of the landfill. I opened up my light fixtures to check on the ballasts, and confirmed that mine were on the list of compatible ballasts on the Active Grow website. As easy as changing bulbs, I popped out the old T5 fluorescent bulbs and popped in the T5 Active Grow LED's. Definitely less heat. (The LED bulb portion has a plastic sleeve which confused me, but the Active Grow folks responded quickly to my inquiry and said to leave it on the bulb to keep out moisture.) Thanks for having a plug & play T5!
