Cuff Too Tight

The socks are extremely tight around the cuff; cutting off blood circulation and leaving an imprint. I'm not for sure if this a defect or a new manufacturing technique to keep the socks from slipping/sliding down. I've purchased over ten pairs of medium size Boardroom socks and have never had an issue with slippage, blood-flow circulation, or anything else. If this is Boardroom's new manufacturing design, I'll have to find another company. If, however, my shipment is part of a defect, please replace my order. Other than the tightness around the cuff, I really like the look, length, and fabric. Thank you. Keith, La Vergne, TN
