Mitoyo Japanese Eggplant

So far so good!

100% germination rate so far indoors, seedlings seem very healthy and happy. Planted them a quarter inch deep on a heat mat and they all germinated within a week. Looking forward to hopefully having them stick around as perennials in coastal SoCal!

Not sprouting

So far only one seed has sprouted. I planted them 1/4" deep. I seem to recall another dealer recommending surface planting the seeds, and that seemed to work.
