Designs and Customer Service is A+

I was initially drawn to Trailer Park Golf Club because of the designs. As a 20+ year military veteran, their style and branding really resonated with me, and I still think they have some of the most unique golf apparel designs out there. I recently needed to exchange an item, and I have to give credit where it’s due, the customer service process was quick, responsive, and seamless. Communication was prompt, questions were answered quickly, and the exchange was handled without any hassle. As for the products themselves, I had mixed results. The designs were exactly what I was hoping for, but the polo shirts weren’t my favorite. The material felt stiffer than I expected and lacked some of the flexibility and comfort I typically look for in a golf polo. The sleeve cut was also a bit unusual for me and didn’t fit the way I prefer. Overall, I think Trailer Park Golf Club has outstanding designs and excellent customer service. While the polos weren’t the right fit for my personal preferences, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase other items from them in the future based on the quality of their customer support and the originality of their brand.

Shirt fits perfect and great quality

I ordered a golf shirt and minutes later I realized I had the wrong shipping address. I sent an email hoping to change the shipping address, but did not have high expectations that I would get a response. Within minutes, I got a response that said something like “no problem dude”. What a relief! Within a few days I received my shirt in the mail. I was very surprised and happy to see it was a good quality. I have ordered shirts online before and gotten something of poor quality from China. This was not the case with Trailer Park
