Have been falling asleep easier, I’m also able to calm down and realize my surroundings when stressful things arise even if it’s a just mental thing it’s better! I will be adding more great things as I observe my energy wearing it a little while longer!

I had it on my right wrist at first and didn't really feel anything but didn't realise you need to have it on your left wrist to receive the healing qualities, once swapped I felt tingles and I was asleep before midnight last night, which is a first for me in many many years, I love it!! Will definitely be purchasing more in the future.
