AB-Solution is an incredible product. I’m down to 250 lbs and a little more physically tone versus 270 lbs over the course of about 60 days maybe a little longer. No issues; no side affects. Seems like a pretty natural a clean formula. I take two of the HD17 at the beginning of my workout and then halfway through I take 2 of the AB-Solutions. It’s very very mild. After my work out I take 1 of the VIRALOIDs. I drink plenty of fluids before during and after my workouts. You need to make sure you eat a banana or apple at least 30-45 minutes after taking the HD17. Then maybe some grapes or granola 30-45 minutes after taking the AB-Solution. Feels real good. Provides the motivation and desire to exercise longer an hour to two hours longer. Products are really good.
