Loved how the shoes looked! They were exactly what I wanted. I wore them for my wedding. Unfortunately the strap on one of my shoes broke before I was even half way through my wedding. I had to literally be barefoot for the majority of my wedding because I didn’t have anything else. I wish I had known they weren’t gonna be that durable.

Quality control for sizing?

I wear size 10, 10.5, or 11 depending on the brand and have since my teens. I ordered both sizes to test for my upcoming wedding, hoping one would fit. The requested sizes were out of stock, but eventually fulfilled (the delay was commuincated to me). I tried on the 11—absolutely massive. I could not walk in them. (I also had my mom, who has size 11 feet, try them on. They were big on her as well.) I tried on the 10, hoping it would work. They were still too big! I could put an entire finger between the back of the shoe and my heel. Even using the straps to tighten wasn't enough, my feet sloshed around in them. I contacted customer service, who said the fastest way to get a replacement was order another size (really?) and then start a return for the 10 & 11. So, I did. The 9 arrived and what do you know? They don't fit. I could squeeze my foot in but they were uncomfortably tight. I would not be able to make it through my wedding day in them. I will be returning those as well. So 3 pairs of shoes and can't wear any of them. They are really cute shoes, but this wasn't worth the hassel.
