First night one of the clasps came off. I called and they won’t replace or fix. It was not hooked on the loop that fell off. They told me they can’t be used in a turnout and I needed to sell and buy the zipper ones. I was so excited to try these but for the price and a loop coming out the first night and for them to say I can only use in a box stall. I would hope that would have been posted online. My pasture is about 1/2 acre and has soft deep sand for him to lay in. I got them on sale for Black Friday and would hope they would have at least helped me out with a discount on the zipper ones since the website did not say can’t be used in a turnout. I sent them a picture showing my how it was just gone and it was not dirty or chewed on. Very sad with the lack of help.
