When I submitted my order, I requested my size, which is a Large, and when I got the order, I received a S. To return this item, you have to pay $20.00 more to get it replaced. Honestly, it’s a hassle. I don’t feel customers should pay more for a mistake and it makes the whole experience unlikable and prevents future purchases. It’s a shame we try to help small businesses flourish, but it feels like they take advantage of making more money out of their mistakes. I don’t think I will ever purchase anything again.
