Have now phoned customer service 4 times to seek a return. Absolutely no response. Impossible to speak with a real person. Wrong size.

I love how light it is. But i don't like how the straps can cut into my child's skin.

It wasn’t too hard to resize, but it was tightened really tight when I first got in and I couldn’t figure it out but so far he loves it and it’s super comfortable
