Classic/Standard Dashi

Great product, great team!

Used the dashi as a backbone to a beautiful ramen broth, it received rave reviews all around. Also, the staff at the Brooklyn shop are top notch, very helpful and easy to work with! Will definitely be coming back for more!

Great flavor!

I was very excited to try this dashi and it did not disappoint. I used it to make a tofu and vegetable soup and the taste this dashi imparted was full of richness and umami. Highly recommend it.
