Oprah's Favorite Things Bundle (Large Board + 4 Baked Brie)

Really really good for my home reception

I bought this for the reception after my husband's funeral. That matters because we had no idea how many people would be attending. We had other food also but what I really liked about this board was the quality, the selection, how easy it was, how well the selections worked with our other food (fruit, veg chili, baklava) and that there was something that worked well even as the event evolved. I really recommend this. The 10-12 people rec is about right... we served additional food, so with 25 people we had some leftovers but not much. I'd suggest to leave out the pepperoncini, though. I'm very much a chilihead (think ghost peppers) but it flavored too much of the rest, it's not dried and no one took it. I also added the honeycomb, *highly* recommend. I added more crackers but that's just my preference, not an issue. Plus while I loved the baked brie selections, a plain baked brie would have been very welcome too, given the complexity and variety of the other flavors. In that vein, a few simpler cheeses, proportionally more of say plain Vermont cheddar, or plain hard sheep cheese--- would be my only other suggestion. It's a good size which means it feeds the foodies and the beer-and-pretzel crowd. Overall: My guests loved it, it arrived exactly as scheduled, it was easy, super tasty and the tray and serving utensils are perfect for any event. Good value too--- could not do this variety for less without unusual effort and possibly some waste. Will definitely order from y'all again.
