Helps my throat ! I am a telehealth worker I work from 5 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday and halftime on Saturdays. My role requires a lot of prompting motivating and encouraging which means I talk a lot and I listen even more. I like this spray because it helps to soothe my throat after a long day work.
