Mind Games Prodigy

I purchased Mind Games Prodigy and upon first spray was immediately struck by something being wrong. The fragrance opens directly and only on the base notes — there are no top notes, no mid notes, nothing. Just base. As someone familiar with fragrances, this is a clear sign of severe oxidation or a defective bottle. What also makes this frustrating is that Prodigy was only released in 2025. The fact that it arrived in this condition, sealed and “new,” tells me something went very wrong either in storage, shipping, or somewhere else. It had to of been opened before & resealed, which is especially easily to do with this 225ml decanter bottle. I should not be held financially responsible for a product that arrived damaged or defective. I reached out by email to ask for a return & have not heard back so far.
