Disappointed

The quality of both the wooden frame and the plastic cover are very poor, I’m very disappointed with my purchase and do not recommend that anyone else wastes their money with this company

Top section of frame damaged. Crack in glass. Bottom section coming away from frame. Very disappointed. I will have to pay to rectify this.I feel a partial refund is not unreasonable. Plenty of packaging, but obviously not effective. Will be using local craftsmen in future.
