I contacted carbon offroad Australia and spoke to rhys, he acted promptly and sent me out a replacement under warranty, the service was fast and no fuss, im glad i purchased a carbon offroad winch and not another brand. i highly recommend your winches they are so well built and pulled me and my mates out of some gnarly obstacles in the bush.
