POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I simply cannot believe I was contacted for a review! I have literally been trying to get feedback from this agency since receiving my order. I have emailed, texted, etc and NOT ONE RESPONSE. I simply wanted to exchange the size of a portion of my $400 order and no one thought enough of me as a customer to actually response. Poor customer service is an understatement. I will NOT order from you all again!
