Beautiful!

Thank you for a beautiful music box! Kale was so helpful and sure went the extra mile and then some when I wrote that I felt the music was softer than I expected. Kale answered asap offering to adjust the volume for me, but also forwarded directions for increasing the volume and or changing the music using several of the samples he sent. He was so intent on making sure I was happy with everything! Kale is One in a Million! So impressed with him, his talent and his stellar customer service! Thank you so much!
